The JGFA head office is conveniently located in Ebisu in Tokyo and it takes one minute on foot from Ebisu Station. This office offers not only all kinds of services to JGFA members but also maintains Japan records and conducts a Tag & Release program of gamefish, planning and management of events, and efficient contact with national and international organizations concerned using the latest computer and facsimile communications. One more important task is the publishing both of the JGFA NEWS(4 times a year) and the annual JGFA YEARBOOK.

1. Japanese contact for international gamefishing information and communication with foreign organizations, including the JGFA.
2. Assists Japanese anglers in their applications for world record catches.
3. Hold various conferences and committees, including the Rules & Judging Committee.
4. Line-Testing service available to members of JGFA.
